<div class="photo" id="427249" style="max-width: 780px;"><img alt="" height="320" src="http://assets.kompas.com/data/photo/2013/10/24/1603315bbm-android780x390.jpg" width="640" /> <br />Ilustrasi.</div><b>KOMPAS.com —</b> Beberapa hari terakhir beredar kabar bahwa layanan pesan instan BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) di platform Android akan dihentikan mulai 1 Desember mendatang.<br /><br />Isu ini bermula dari <i>broadcast message</i> yang disebarkan melalui BBM, kemudian melebar ke Twitter dan menjadi perbincangan hangat.<br /><br />"<i>Bagi pengguna android puas"in bbmman karna tangal 1 desember 2013 applikasi bbm nya akan dihapuskan dan tidak bisa dipergunakan di android. karna black berry sudah memutuskan tidak akan menjual applikasinya di samsung dan sudah mengganti rugi sebesar 2,8T</i>," klaim salah satu <i>tweet</i> yang beredar di Twitter.<br /><br /><i>Tweet</i> dengan topik serupa bisa dengan mudah di temui di Twitter dengan memasukkan kata kunci pencarian "BBM 1 Desember".<br /><br />Tapi benarkah layanan BBM di Android akan dihentikan? Menurut pihak BlackBerry, ternyata tidak demikian.<br /><br />"Itu adalah <i>hoax</i> (kabar bohong) yang sengaja disebarkan. Tak ada pengumumannya sama sekali dari kami," ujar PR Manager BlackBerry Indonesia Yolanda Nainggolan, ketika dihubungi oleh <i>Kompas Tekno</i>, Kamis (21/11/2013) pagi ini.<br /><br />Menurut Yolanda, pihaknya telah mengetahui adanya isu mengenai layanan BBM di Android yang akan dihentikan. Dia mengimbau pengguna BBM agar tidak memercayai kabar tersebut.<br /><br />"Ada t<i>weet</i> yang menyertakan tautan ke situs internet agar meyakinkan, tapi isinya tidak berhubungan, belakangan banyak yang seperti itu," tambah Yolanda. <br /><br />Ketika ditelusuri oleh <i>Kompas Tekno</i>, tautan yang disertakan di beberapa <i>tweet</i> ternyata memang menuju ke artikel atau <i>thread</i> forum yang tak mengandung informasi relevan atau pernyataan resmi bahwa BBM untuk Android benar-benar akan dihentikan. <br /><br />Salah satu artikel yang disertakan dalam berita bohong tersebut adalah berita di KompasTekno berjudul "<a href="http://tekno.kompas.com/read/2013/11/04/2324297/BlackBerry.Batal.Dijual.CEO.Diganti">BlackBerry Batal Dijual, CEO Diganti</a>". <br /><br />BBM untuk Android sendiri baru resmi dirilis pada 22 Oktober lalu, setelah sempat tertunda beberapa waktu karena permasalahan teknis. Aplikasi ini segera menjadi salah satu judul terpopuler di toko Google Play Store. BBM untuk iOS yang dilepas dalam waktu hampir bersamaan juga mengalami hal serupa di toko Apple App Store.

Ketentuan ini berlaku untuk keberangkatan mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2014,” katanya seperti dalam keterangan tertulis yang diterima, Rabu (6/11).<br /><br />Penyesuaian tarif KA ekonomi jarak jauh dan menengah berlaku untuk pengguna KA beberapa jurusan, di antaranya KA Logawa jurusan Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah-Jember, Jawa Timur pulang pergi (PP) yang semula Rp 50.000 menjadi Rp 100.000 per orang.<br /><br />Kemudian tarif KA Kertajaya jurusan Surabaya, Jawa Timur–Jakarta PP yang awalnya Rp 50.000 menjadi Rp 115.000. Untuk KA Pasundan jurusan Surabaya-Kiaracondong PP kini harganya naik menjadi Rp 110.000 dibandingkan harga sebelumnya yaitu Rp 55.000. “Untuk harga tiket KA Sri tanjung jurusan Lempuyangan, Yogyakarta-Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur PP yang semula Rp 50.000 menjadi Rp 95.000,” ucapnya. <br /><br />Sementara itu, KA Gaya Baru Malam Selatan jurusan Surabaya-Jakarta PP yang awalnya dibanderol Rp 55.000, naik menjadi Rp. 120.000. Penyebabnya karena belum ada ketetapan kontrak PSO (Public Service Obligation) tahun 2014 untuk angkutan penumpang kereta api oleh pemerintah.<br /><br />Sehingga pada awal 2014 nanti PT KAI akan memberlakukan kembali tarif kereta api ekonomi sesuai perhitungan tarif keekonomian tanpa PSO atau subsidi dari pemerintah.<br /><br />"Artinya keseluruhan jumlah tarif harus ditanggung sendiri oleh penumpang, tanpa ada pengurangan PSO atau subsidi tarif dari pemerintah," kata Manager Humas PT KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto, Surono, Jumat (25/10/2013).<br /><br />Menurut dia, Ketentuan tarif keekonomian untuk KA ekonomi ini akan diberlakukan sampai adanya penetapan kontrak PSO untuk angkutan penumpang kereta api tahun 2014. <br /><br />Penghitungan besaran tarif keekonomian ini berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia nomor PM. 28 tahun 2012, perihal pedoman perhitungan dan penetapan tarif angkutan orang dengan kereta api.<br /><br />"Kami terpaksa memberlakukan tarif keekonomian ini karena kontrak PSO tahun 2013 berakhir di bulan Desember, sementara kontrak PSO untuk tahun 2014 belum ada ketetapan dari pemerintah," ungkapnya.<br /><br />Di wilayah Daop 5 Purwokerto saat ini terdapat 10 kereta api ekonomi yang melintas dan mendapat fasilitas PSO atau subsidi dari pemerintah. Dari 10 kereta api ekonomi tersebut, 5 diantaranya adalah pemberangkatan asal dari Daop 5 Purwokerto.<br /> <br />Masing- masing KA Logawa jurusan Purwokerto- Jember pp., KA Kutojaya Utara jurusan Kutoarjo- Pasarsenen pp., KA Kutojaya Selatan jurusan Kutoarjo- Kiaracondong pp. KA Serayu Pagi dan Malam jurusan Purwokerto- Jakarta lewat Bandung pp.<br /><br />Sedangkan 5 kereta api ekonomi lainnya adalah pemberangkatan asal Daop lain yang melewati Daop 5, yaitu KA Bengawan jurusan Solo - Tanahabang pp., KA Progo jurusan Lempuyangan- Pasarsenen pp., KA Gaya Baru Malam jurusan Surabaya- Jakarta pp., KA Pasundan jurusan Surabaya- Kiaracondong pp., dan KA Kahuripan jurusan Kediri- Padalarang pp.<br /><br />Berdasarkan tarif keekonomian tersebut maka mulai 1 Januari tarif untuk KA Logawa akan naik menjadi sebesar Rp 100 ribu., KA Kutojaya Utara menjadi Rp 70 ribu., KA Kutojaya Selatan menjadi Rp 60 ribu., KA Serayu Pagi dan Malam menjadi Rp 85 ribu. Untuk KA Bengawan menjadi sebesar Rp 95 ribu., KA Progo sebesar Rp 85 ribu, KA Gaya Baru Malam sebesar Rp 120 ribu, KA Pasundan sebesar Rp 110 ribu, dan KA Kahuripan sebesar Rp 105 ribu. Tarif ini berlaku sama (satu tarif) untuk semua keberangkatan dan tujuan.<br /><br />Saat ini karena adanya fasilitas PSO, tarif KA Logawa hanya sebesar Rp 50 ribu, KA Kutojaya Utara hanya Rp 40 ribu, KA Kutojaya Selatan hanya Rp 35 ribu, KA Serayu Pagi dan Malam hanya sebesar Rp 35 ribu, Sedangkan KA Bengawan, KA Progo dan KA Kahuripan hanya sebesar Rp 50 ribu, KA Gaya Baru Malam dan KA Pasundan hanya sebesar Rp 55 ribu.<br /><br />"Dengan pemberlakuan tarif keekonomian bagi kereta api kelas ekonomi ini PT KAI akan terus meningkatkan pelayanannya pada kelas ekonomi. Seperti fasilitas ac, stop kontak di tiap tempat duduk, bebas asap rokok, bebas pedagang asongan, pengamen dan pengemis serta pengawalan petugas keamanan. Using baboons, the researchers found that recently vaccinated animals continued to carry the infection in their throats. Even though those baboons did not get sick from it, they spread the infection to others that were not vaccinated.</div><div itemprop="articleBody" style="color: black; font-size: 1.5em; line-height: 1.467em; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">“When you’re newly vaccinated you are an asymptomatic carrier, which is good for you, but not for the population,” said Tod J. Merkel, the lead author of the study, who is a researcher in the Office of Vaccines Research and Review in the Food and Drug Administration.</div><div itemprop="articleBody" style="color: black; font-size: 1.5em; line-height: 1.467em; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Scientists said the finding was surprising, and could be a signpost for investigators as they try to improve the vaccines for people.</div><div itemprop="articleBody" style="color: black; font-size: 1.5em; line-height: 1.467em; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">“If Dr. Merkel is correct, then we need to develop better acellular vaccines,” said Dr. Stanley Plotkin, an emeritus professor of pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania.
