Regular screening does not reduce mortality and can lead to <a href="http://naturallysavvy.com/care/mammograms-over-diagnose-early-breast-cancer" style="color: #8cc75b; text-decoration: none;" target="_blank">over-diagnosis</a> and over treatment. However, in technically advanced countries, our results support the views of some commentators that the rationale for screening by mammography should be urgently reassessed by policy makers."</div></div></div>
