 <div style="text-align: justify;">
The National Treasury Management Agency saw strong demand for its first ever 30-year bond today. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The NTMA is trying to lock in record low interest rates that have
followed the European Central Bank's announcement of a €1 trillion
quantitative easing programme. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Managers saw more than €11 billion of demand for the benchmark issue,
 far in excess of the €2 billion deal size that market participants said
 would be typical of a benchmark 30-year issue. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Lead managers set the guidance at 90 basis points over mid-swaps,
implying a yield of just below 2.1%. The transaction was expected to be
priced later today. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Like most of their euro zone peers, Irish bond yields have fallen
sharply in the past year, aided by a rebound in the economy, which
probably grew faster than any other country in the European Union in
2014. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The <a href="http://www.rte.ie/news/business/2015/0203/677506-centralbank/">Central Bank</a>
 today raised its forecast for 2015 economic growth to 3.7% from 3.4%,
on the back of stronger consumer and investment spending. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Last
month, the European Central Bank said its quantitative easing (QE)
programme would involve the purchase of sovereign bonds with maturities
of between two and 30 years. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The NTMA last month sold €4 billion in a syndicated seven-year sale,
out of planned issuance of between €12-15 billion of long-term bonds
this year. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The agency fully pre-funded for 2015 last year. It plans this year to
 cover funding requirements for 2016 and to refinance bailout loans from
 the International Monetary Fund. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Barclays, Credit Agricole, Danske Bank, Davy and Royal Bank of
Scotland have been appointed as joint lead managers for the transaction.</div>

At least, Sony dapet 1.6 billion Amrik only of two Spidey films. With a budget of 250 million dollars, Spider-Man 3 so the most expensive film of all time. In the hands Raimi, Spider-Man not cuman so superhero who always correct and successful, but the character of Peter Parker has been developed as human beings who do not escape from sin, as well as stories on the theme of Religious!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This film shows the love, friendship, pride, revenge, recognition errors, forgiveness and redemption of sins, "Peter had to get rid of his pride. He also had to get rid of the desire for revenge. He learned that we all sin. He must learn to forgive "so obviously Sam Raimi.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Okay, besides the fight exciting, drama effex special moving and very cool, what ever we can get from Spider-Man 3? The theme is the magnitude of the largest trials of life are defeated: Ourselves</div>
 <div style="text-align: justify;">
Quote:</div>
 <div style="text-align: justify;">
And there are at least 6 things we can learn:</div>
 <div style="text-align: justify;">
1. WE NEED SOMEONE ELSE</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Once in Spider-Man 2 Peter actually reap hatred of people because of the Daily Bugle to discredit him and considered criminal, now newspaper J. Jonah Jameson's leadership began to 'friends' with him. He returned hailed as a hero, everyone idolized him. Especially when Spidey manages to save Gwen Stacy, daughter of police commissioner of New York, he dapet awards and publicity that makes her big head! Arrogance make it forget himself, he hurt Mary Jane. When MJ took Peter to understand the feelings that were destroyed because of being fired from his dream job, Peter even talking about great Spider-Man. Tail, MJ disappointed, angry, and their relationship is threatened. "</div>
 <div style="text-align: justify;">
Mary Jane reminds Peter, "We all need to help someone else someday, Peter. Even though Spider-Man! ". And it proved, at the end of the story Spidey need 'hero' else to help MJ of threats Sandman and Venom.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
2. DO NOT OPEN THE GAP FOR CRIME</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A meteor stranded on Earth, an alien kind of viscous black liquid is Peter Parker's follow up to the rented house. Alien is just pay attention and attention, such as looking for opportunities and openings. And that day comes, Peter overcome resentment in his heart because the original killer news uncle escaped from prison. In the mood full of hate that the alien possessed his Spidey outfit, and change it to black. When Peter wear, there is a feeling of 'good' he felt. Initially, Spidey suit which had turned black it can be easily used and removed. He became a brutal, killing, full jealousy, hurt and hatred. He 'kills' Sandman, hurt MJ, saying things that do not deserve to Harry Osborne and he embarrass Eddie Brock. The longer it wore black clothes, he fused with his body that is difficult to remove! He was not longer able to control it, all his actions he can not control. Though Peter already regretting all the bad deeds. Keep the heart of things not pleasing. Stay away from hate. Forgive those who have wronged us. Do not revenge. Because when we let our hearts be filled with negativity, sin is crouching, looking for opportunities and openings, just like the aliens who nyari gap Peter heart full of hate waiting for then he mastered.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
3. revenge</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Peter tempted to take revenge, but Aunt May advise him wisely, "I do not think there is a reason for us to rejoice over the death of another person. Your uncle would not want you to live with hatred in your heart, even if only for a second. Revenge is like a poison. He can dominate us. And before we knew it, he has made us so evil! ". When Peter aware kekhilafannya, he was sorry and wanted to release 'his clothes', but it 'clothes sin' is already attached to the body and can not be removed. Peter then went into a church and he let himself described it with the clothes that make the sound of church bells clothes apart.</div>
 <div style="text-align: justify;">
On the same night, Eddy Brock with a heart full of resentment at Peter who had humiliated him and seize his girlfriend, and turn it into a devil revenge Venom. "I was given the strength that I never dreamed of. As it down for me from heaven! "Venom said, he did not realize that the power was derived from 'hell' and brings death.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
4. WE HAVE OPTIONS</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Spider-Man 1-3 always stressed about choices. Peter discovered that the original killer uncle was still hanging around, but he could choose to take revenge or forgive. Eddy Brock humiliated by Peter Parker that led to his dismissal by not respect, not to mention his girlfriend snatched at Peter, but he could choose to forgive or revenge. Harry Osborne too, he chose to hunt Spidey controlled anger and revenge the death of his father's sake. Bernard, servant Harry, says this: "I have witnessed how the dark master father, anger he pays with his life". Will Harry saw the light and leave the darkness?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
SUPER STRENGTH IS ACTUALLY 5.MEMAAFKAN</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Peter had to choose. At the end of the story he chose the right. He chose to forgive Flint Marko, his uncle's killer.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sam Raimi says Peter must humble himself, "Peter considers himself 'innocent' than the criminals. So we (Raimi and team) want to make Peter understand that life is not black and white, we are all human, he is no better than anyone else. ... he must learn that he too was not spared from sin, and vice versa, the 'criminals' and even then had a sense of humanity. What we must do is to not take revenge, but forgive ". There's no villain in Spider-Man 3. All of the characters in it are just people who are looking for a new life, a solution and forgiveness. Flint Marko (Sandman) involved in crime because of a desperate search for medical expenses for his son, Peter told him: "I think, is enough punishment for you", he wants to Flint start a new life. The same advice he says also in Eddie Brock, "Do not give in to self-centered, Eddie. He just makes you so full of hate ".</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"What we have in this world is the love of our friends and family, and the fact that they deserve our forgiveness" (Peter Parker)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
6. SACRIFICE FOR FRIENDS</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In this movie, Harry Osborne-who represent friends in terms of sacrifice. When Harry had to go to the hospital, a nurse friend's apartment praise of the good Harry (Peter and Mary Jane), and Harry says this: "They are my best friend, I'm willing to die for them". At the end of the story, Harry sacrificed himself to be slain by Venom to protect Peter Parker.</div>
 <div style="text-align: justify;">
"Revenge is like a poison. He can dominate us. And before we knew it, he has made us so evil! "Moral of Aunt may -Pesan...</div>
