Home Made Avocado and Almond Oil Face Mask

This face mask is wonderful for anyone who suffers from dry skin or irritated and inflamed skin in general.

Avocado is not only delicious to eat but is also wonderful for the skin. Avocado heals dryness on the skin, reduces age spots, minimizes fine lines and wrinkles, and can even soothe skin affected by eczema. A large quantity of the protein, sterolin is found in avocado and treats so many skin issues. Sterolin is found in mass quantities in the oil of the avocado which is why it’s added to so many skincare products.

Almond oil is a beautiful hydrator for the skin. It will make your face and neck feel soft and smooth and is especially beneficial in the winter when skin is very dry.

1 avocado, 3-4 drops of almond oil

Preparation:

- Peel and mash avocado and add almond oil until the mass is consistent
- Apply to face while massaging it gently
- Let it rest for 30 minutes and rinse off with warm water
